If you missed the deadline but still want to attend the Evening Party, you can buy your ticket on the door from 7pm (cash only). Thanks to The Regal being fantastic and enormous, we have as many Party tickets as necessary!!
If you need a Full Pass or Workshop Pass, you will need to contact us first to check that the workshops you want to take are not already full. Either ask a member of the OUSS Committee or OU Salsa Team, or send an email to salsasoc@herald.ox.ac.uk with 'Tickets!!' in the subject line.
A Full Pass, which entitles you to entrance to all 3 workshop sessions (at 2pm, 3pm and 4pm) and the Evening Party, is fantastic value and lets you enjoy the full Latino Royale experience!
Tickets for each workshop, and the evening party, can also be purchased individually, so don't worry if you can't make the whole day - you can attend as much or as little of Latino Royale as you like!

How to purchase
Getting tickets for Latino Royale couldn't be easier! Simply:
- Decide which ticket(s) you would like and pay using one of the payment options listed below.
- Wait for your payment confirmation email, confirming your purchases and containing registration instructions.
- Register for the workshops you wish to attend by email.
- Turn up on 8th March and enjoy!!
Payment Options
Tickets can be purchased in three ways:
1. Tickets can be bought with cash at our Monday night Classes at Somerville college, or at our social nights at Anuba and Bar Risa.

2. You can purchase your tickets by cheque payable to 'Oxford University Salsa Society'. Please write your name, details of the type(s) of ticket(s) you are purchasing, your email address and contact phone number on the back of the cheque and post it to Clio Chu, Merton College, Merton St., Oxford, Oxfordshire, OX1 4JD
**Last purchase date - cheques must have cleared by Sun 1st March**
3. You can pay using PayPal using the ticket buttons below. (N.B. PayPal charges a small additional handling fee - this is included in the price displayed on the PayPal buttons).
(If taking advantage of our special group discount, simply buy 5 Full Passes in a single transaction and you will be given the option to take your free 6th Full Pass in your confirmation email.)

Registration
In order to plan and ensure the smooth running of the workshops, we require ticket holders to register in advance for the workshops they are planning to attend. Please register after purchasing your tickets. Details of how to register will be provided with your payment confirmation.
Our workshops will become fully booked! Get your tickets and register for your favourite workshops as soon as possible to avoid disappointment!!!
On the day
IMPORTANT!!
You will need to bring
- a valid photo ID (and valid OUSS membership card if purchasing members tickets) and
- a copy of your email confirmation letter
with you in order to collect your tickets/wristband at the door. Don't forget!
