Timetable
6.00pm Salsa Technique Course - an opportunity to learn and practice the techniques needed to become an advanced dancer. New topics every week - programme below. Suitable for Improver and Intermediate dancers.
7.00pm Intermediate / Advanced Salsa - for anyone who is comfortable with everything danced in Improvers.
8.00pm Improvers Salsa - must have attended at least 3 beginners classes AND/OR be comfortable with cross-body lead, right turn, left turn, hook turn.
9.00pm Beginners / Absolute Beginners Salsa - no experience necessary! This class is divided into 2 groups - absolute beginners (for people with no prior experience - start here to learn the basic footwork) and beginners (to learn the moves necessary to move up to Improvers).
Every lesson is 50 minutes, followed by 10 minutes social dancing to have a quick practice of what you just learnt (but to really improve... come to Anuba and Cafe Coco!! Social dancing is the best way to learn!!)
Technique Course Programme
Week 1 (26/04/10): Spins Part 1 - Stationary spins for leaders and followers.
Followers - preparation steps, posture, hand-hold, spotting. Leaders - footwork, the lead, hand-hold, timing

One class: £3.50 (non-members) or £3 (members)
All night (as many classes as you like): £5 (non-members) or £4 (members)
