The Oxford University Salsa Team!

The Oxford University Salsa Team is a salsa performance group based in Oxford, UK. Its members are full-time students at the University of Oxford and Oxford Brookes, who love salsa!

The team takes new members every academic year, and each year prepares a new On1 Line style routine, which is first performed at the annual Oxford University Salsa Ball. The team perform regularly around Oxford and other locations in the UK, where they dance their latest On1 routines, as well as performing Rueda, Merengue and Social Dance demos, at college balls, charity events, parties, salsa nights and dance competitions.

The team is organised by the Oxford University Salsa Society - a student run group which teaches line style salsa classes, and also hosts workshops, regular social nights and an annual ball in Oxford.

The team is coached by Rosa and Giles, of the OnSalsa Dance Company, who teach in Oxford, as well as coaching their own performance group and performing with the Ignite Dance Company.
