The OU Salsa Team perform at a variety of events including Oxford college balls, bops, charity events, dance festivals and competitions, and even restaurant openings and birthday parties!
Whatever your event, the OUSalsaTeam are guaranteed to make it an unforgettable night!

The Salsa Team:

Perform stunning, technical, costumed On1 Line Style salsa displays. Currently available are "Avisalo a mi contrario", and "Tumba la Cana Jibarito", choreographed by Rosa and Giles of Ignite Dance Company.

Demonstrate Rueda - a fantastic cuban-salsa based circle dance.

Demonstrate social line style and cuban salsa, as well as other popular salsa social dances such as Merengue and Bachata.

Teach salsa lessons to your guests! After seeing how it's done - why not have a go yourself? All our Salseras and Salseros can teach beginners level On1 Line Style Salsa (for higher level Line Style, Cuban style, Merengue and Bachata, contact our events managers to check availability) and would love to get your guests dancing!

Taxi dancing - our fabulous Salseras y Salseros dancing with your guests! The perfect way to get everyone up on the dance floor and dancing the night away!

You can hire the team for as little as one performance, lasting approximately 5 minutes, up to a 90 minute showcase including all performances, lessons and taxi dancing.
